Marianne Faithfull
It was such a pleasure to see Marianne Faithfull yesterday. Our shared love of William Blake brought us together on my debut album 💿 Heaven and Hell: The Doors Of Perception produced by Russ Titelman Naxos of America where Marianne read curated plates of from Blake’s The Marriage Of Heaven and Hell and Songs Of Innocence & Experience over John Adams (Composer)Phrygian Gates to open the album and set the stage for a journey from Blakean Innocence to Experience. Marianne was kind enough to share a copy of her record made a few years later Songs Of Innocence & Experience. From Blake to Living On Mars it has been quite the journey! Living On Mars produced by Mike Garson of Bowie’s Aladdin Sane has just been released through SME’s The Orchard and will be available on the high street January 19th 2024 at stores worldwide. My upcoming release performances are in London PizzaExpress Live this Wednesday January 3rd 2024 and in New York (le) poisson rouge January 19th 2024!
